Situated in the heart of the Peak District, Hawthorn Farm is a Grade II listed building dating from approximately 1590, retaining many original features including stone flag floors, oak beams and fireplaces.
The bedrooms are contained within the main house and a converted stable block and comprises of a mix of double, twin and family rooms, all en suite. In addition there is also a three bedroom holiday cottage with three en-suite's ideal for a family or a small group. All our rooms come with tea/coffee facilities/colour TV/hairdryer/radio alarm/central heating.
With advanced bookings evening meals, packed lunches and afternoon teas are available, I have been a chef for over 20 years so we can provide for most peoples needs.
We offer a choice of full English or Continental breakfast served between 7:00 & 9:30am.
We welcome families ( cots and high chairs are available on request). We are also pet friendly, please inform us in advance so we can allocate one of our suitable rooms.
Originally the property was a farm and consequently is set in a large garden, within strolling distance there is a golf course and a driving range as well as the many outdoor activities on offer in the Peak District.
Hawthorn Farm is a ten minute walk from the town centre. A regular bus service both into town and further a field is available from the bottom of our drive.

We offer reduced rates for children sharing a room.
Due to the flexibilities of our rooms we can facilitate large parties up to 23 people.
